Hand stitched by ME!

The other day me and the wife were at JoAnn's looking for her some crafting stuff when I came across this pattern for "Western" style shirts. It came with a shirt, frock coat and vest. I got to thinking that I could (with some minor pattern adjustments) use the shirt for my reenacting.

Then with the help of her handy dandy 50% off coupon I snagged this fabric to use for my first ever hand stitching of a shirt.

After a lot of work (2 weeks worth) here is what I was able to come up with.

When I finished this shirt I was pretty proud of myself. So I decided to try my hand at another fabric and here is my second shirt.

Both of these have been completely hand stitched by me with no help what so ever. Well I did call my mom for advice lol.
